Our CISM team is honored to provide leadership, education, training, consultation, and support services in comprehensive crisis prevention,  preparedness,  intervention, management, and mitigation, disaster behavioral health, traumatic stress, grief and resilience services to  emergency response professions, law enforcement, corrections, community organizations, human services, military, educational institutions, transportation systems, public and private agencies, industries, child and adult protection and foster welfare and protection services, clergy, organizations, and communities worldwide.

 

     1. Pre-crisis preparation and ongoing secondary traumatic stress management education, stress resistance, and crisis mitigation training for both individuals, supervisors, and organizations 

     2. Disaster,  large-scale incident, as well as, school and community support programs including de-mobilizations, informational briefings, community meetings, and staff advisement

     3. Defusings, structured small group discussion provided within hours of a crisis for purposes education and reaction management,  and referral and triage if indicated 

     4. Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), Psychological First Aid (PSA) and other structured group discussions,  provided 1 to 10 days post-crisis, designed to mitigate acute symptoms, assess the need for follow-up, and if possible provide a sense of post-crisis psychological closure

     5. Peer Counselor Team development, training, evaluation, and short-term management.

     6. One-on-one crisis intervention, counseling, grief or psychological support

     7. Family crisis intervention, referral, EAP coordination, and related organizational consultation

     8.  Follow-up and referral mechanisms for assessment and treatment

     9. Coordinated response with local CISM teams, community mental health centers, counties, governments, and employers

    10. Suicide awareness, education, prevention, response, & resilience
